Looking for an active and exciting way to spend quality time with your family? Join us for MizzouRec Family Fridays! Enjoy access to our world-class recreational facilities and create memories together — whether it’s splashing in the Tiger Grotto, shooting hoops on the multi-sport courts, or exploring everything MizzouRec has to offer.

Registration opens one week in advance for each event. Guests must be registered to enter.

Sessions run from 4:30 p.m. to close.

What You Need to Know

Who can come?

Family Fridays are open to all MizzouRec members and their chosen family members.

Every family member must be registered in advance to enter.

What do I need to bring?

  • Swimwear if you plan to enjoy the Tiger Grotto pool area (Towels are provided).
  • Athletic clothes and closed-toe shoes for using the workout spaces, multi-sport courts or indoor track.
  • MizzouRec membership card (or digital ID) for entry.
  • Photo ID if you're 18 or older.

    • What will be open?

    Guests 18 and over will have access to all areas of MizzouRec, including:

  • Tiger Grotto: Float in the lazy river, soak in the hot tub or splash in the family-friendly pool.
  • Multi-Sport Courts: Shoot hoops, play a game of pickleball, or toss a frisbee.
  • Clark’s Boxing Gym: Here’s your chance to try our boxing bags and cardio equipment.
  • Indoor Track: Get your steps in walking or jogging on the track.
  • Fitness Areas: Challenge yourself with our top-of-the-line weightlifting and cardio equipment.

    Those under 18 may use the Grotto, sports courts and indoor track.

  • Open to all ages. Family Fridays are suitable for everyone, from toddlers to adults.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Day-use lockers are available throughout the building at no additional cost.
