Space Reservations

Reserve Space at MizzouRec

From our multi-use courts and conference rooms to our leisure pool and outdoor turf fields, MizzouRec offers a variety of spaces for your next meeting or event. Ready to lock in your space? On-campus users can use the EMS portal to explore availability and submit event requests. External groups must follow a separate process. Browse our offerings and select your category for instructions on how to get started.

Get Started

Reservation Expectations

  • Reservation requests should be made as early as 6 months up to 15 business days in advance.
  • All cancellations of reservations must be communicated at least 3 business days in advance, otherwise cancellation fees will apply.
  • Rain site reservations will be subject to a non-refundable fee in order to hold the space. Should inclement weather occur and the rain site is utilized, the fee is applied to the final invoice.
  • Under special circumstances, last-minute reservation requests (less than 15 business days) may be approved and will be subject to the convenience fee.
  • Final invoices will be sent after your reservation has occurred and are due within 30 days. Please direct payment and billing questions to eventsbilling@umsystem.edu.
  • Any questions about booking with MizzouRec can be directed to murecservicese@umsystem.edu.
