Welcome to the Experiential Learning Zone

During a Team Challenge Course, our staff will present your group with a series of challenges that focus on trust, effective communication, conflict resolution, and other leadership topics. Activities can be all physically challenging, all cognitively challenging, or a mix of both. Many groups choose to combine a Team Challenge Course (TCC) with one of the high ropes options.

Challenge Courses

Team Challenge Course

During team challenge activities, your group will have to work through conflict in order to succeed. Each activity concludes with a debrief, where your group can reflect on how their actions during the challenge could apply to their group outside Venture Out.

Odyssey High Ropes Course

The Odyssey Course takes team building and adds an additional challenge of being 35 feet off the ground. Participants work together to navigate the high ropes obstacle course and after completing participants zipline to the ground.

Alpine Climbing Tower

Individuals climb a 50-foot tower at their own pace, setting personal goals while belaying each other to build trust and communication. This course is more accessible for those hesitant about climbing than the Odyssey Course.

Other Options

We can bring all the fun and challenges of our adventure courses to you and your team. Team Challenge Courses can be held at indoor spaces or other off-site locations.
