With over 100 classes during the semester and even classes in summer, there is no shortage of ways to get your body moving.

Reservations are encouraged and guarantee you a spot in classes. All reservations open 24 hours prior to the class.

Looking for a way to spice up your organization’s meeting or make your residence hall a healthier place to live? Choose from any of our fitness formats for a private group fitness experience! Classes can be hosted at MizzouRec or we will bring the action to your group at a space of your choosing.
