Get Moving

Participating in Group Fitness is a great way for students and members to explore movement, stay motivated and connect with the Mizzou community. Whether you join a high-energy cardio class, restorative yoga or strength-based training, every session is designed to help you enhance your well-being, build self-confidence and find your fitness community in a supportive and fun environment.

Reservations are encouraged to guarantee you a spot in classes. All reservations open 24 hours prior to the class.

Take Your Fitness Further

Get your Group Fitness Pass to elevate your group fitness routine with high-demand classes. While some classes are already included in Standard and Student Memberships, this pass unlocks even more opportunities to work toward your fitness goals through giving you access to every class, every time. How to Purchase Your Pass

    Go to your Member Portal.

    Sign in using your Mizzou SSO (pawprint credentials).

  3. 3 in gold circle

    Select Memberships from the main menu.

  4. 4 in gold circle

    Browse available passes and choose the Group Fitness Class Pass.

    Add it to your cart and complete your purchase.

    Once purchased, you’re all set! You can now register for any group fitness classes on the schedule.
