Women on Weights
Ready to feel empowered in the gym? Women on Weights is a beginner-friendly program created for individuals who identify as female and want a safe, supportive space to learn the fundamentals of weightlifting.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience with gym equipment, master proper lifting techniques, dispel myths associated with females in the weight room and increase your overall confidence — all while connecting with a community that shares your passion for health and wellness.

Weightlifting 101
New to weightlifting or looking to expand your knowledge on specific lifts or techniques? This beginner-friendly small group training program is designed to teach you the fundamentals in a safe, supportive environment.
Over 4 weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience with gym equipment, master proper lifting techniques, and learn how to prevent injuries—all while building confidence and strength.
Duration: 4 weeks
Dates:
- Session 1: Feb. 16-March 13
- Session 2: April 6-May 1
Cost: $60 member/$75 non-member
Kickboxing 101
Discover the fundamentals of kickboxing in a fun, supportive environment! This 3-week program teaches proper technique for punches, kicks, and defensive moves while improving strength, cardio, and confidence. Perfect for beginners—no experience required.
